In most cases there is no fee for our service. If a fee does apply, you'll be told upfront before anything is submitted. Lenders pay us a commission on settlement and we're legally required to act in your best interests.
Depending on the lender it can take anywhere from a couple of days to over a week. We manage the entire process and keep you updated throughout.
Absolutely. We work with clients right across Australia. Appointments are by phone or video call so location is no barrier.
